みなさまいかがお過ごしでしょうか？
台風被害が甚大な地域もあるようですが、元気で過ごしておりますでしょうか？
被災地のみなさまがいち早く元の生活に戻れることを祈っております。
本題へと参りたいと思います。
今回は習慣というよりは、考え方や思考のお話でございます。
現代「おひとりさま」と呼ばれる、一人でも楽しめる趣味というものがずいぶんと多様化してきていることと思います。
「一人〇〇」という名称がたくさん出てきていますよね。
大人たるもの一人趣味くらい楽しめなければ・・・！
・・・まぁ、無理にとは言いませんが楽しめた方が自分の楽しみの幅も広がるというものです。
子どもは学校の勉強が大事ですが、遊ぶということが毎日のどこかに組み込まれていますよね。
やはり遊びたい盛りですし、遊びこそ本分と言っても良いのでは(*’ω’*)
しかし、それは子供だけの話でしょうか？
働き盛りの大人こそ「楽しむ」というエッセンスが必要なんですよね( ;∀;)
お仕事自体が趣味同然で自分の生きがいにできているという方もいらっしゃるでしょう。
何よりですよね、生きる手段を楽しむ手段と兼ねられる✨
しかし、やはりそうではないという方もたくさんいらっしゃると思います。
あくまでも仕事は生活するための手段、ここに楽しいことなどない、やらなければいけないからやっているだけ。
往々にしてあることと思います。
そんな方にこそやはり何か一筋でも取り入れられたらと。。。
正直何でも良いと思うんですよね。
一見人から変だと見られるかもしれない、そんな趣味でも。
あなたが良しとするならそれで良いのですよ。
自分が心満たされると確信出来ているなら！
というか趣味ってそんなものなんですよね。
理解されないかもしれない、認められないかもしれない。
だけど、
ただ楽しいから、心満たされるから、何もかも忘れて没頭できるから、ストレスが吹き飛ぶから。
趣味を続ける理由なんてこんなものです。
そして、自分の気持ちに正直に行動し、楽しみ、心が満たされていると、、、
他人の行動を認められるようになります。

自分の変わった部分、他人と違う部分などあってはいけない。
みんなと一緒でいなければ、普通でいなければ。
こんな人間に他人を認めることなどできるわけがありません。
自分も認められないのに、他人の変わったところを認めるなど不可能です。
そんな価値観が自分の中に無いから。
人は未知なるものを拒絶してしまうよう脳にプログラムされています。
えぇ、これ以前の私の姿なのです。
違う価値観を認められなかった、そんなもののどこが良いのだと。
でも、自分の価値観に目を向けてほしい。
そんなムシの良い話はあるわけがありません。
人は拒否をされると気が付きますからね。
理解できなくてもいい、ただ認めればいいのです。
そんな考え方、価値観もあるのだと。
私は死ぬまで知らないことだらけなのではないかと思っています。
それくらいこの世はさまざまな要素で成り立っている。
「無知の知」
習ったはずなのについつい忘れがちになってしまいます。
自分は大人だ、すべてを理解して生きている。
そんな傲慢な思い込みに支配されて。
何歳になっても学びを忘れないようにしたいものですね。
冒頭でお話した趣味に関するお話ですが、
私が「これはオススメできる！」趣味は、、、
日本国内はもちろん世界中の音楽・スポーツイベントのチケットがviagogoで手に入る！
一人カラオケです。
まったく音楽を聴かない人ってあまりいませんよね。
CMソングやドラマ主題歌のみを聴くようなライトな聴き方からインディーズや昔のレコードなどを掘り起こして聴くようなディープな聴き方までさまざまだとは思いますが、、、
自分の好きな歌を何も気にせずに歌えるというのは気持ちが良いものです。
なんといってもストレス解消にもってこいの趣味です！
ただ大きな声を出すという目的だけでも十分です。
深呼吸をすると落ち着きますよね？
そして大きな声を出すということはそれだけ息の量が必要だということ。
深呼吸の原理と同じなのではないかと思います。
個人的には、自分の声のキーからちょっと無理しないと出ないかなくらいの高いキーがオススメです。
女性だったらMISIAさんやYUKIさんなど、
男性だったらゆずさんや三浦大知さん、コブクロさんなどがオススメです。
(声の種類は人の数だけあるので、もちろん個人差ありです)
キーの高さと声量を併せ持つシンガーたちです。
消費カロリーが高く、有酸素運動をやったような感覚を得られるかと思います。
(個人差あります)
スポーツと同じような発散を得られるというわけです。
ただ「歌を歌うだけ」と思う方もいるかもしれませんが、歌はスポーツ並みに身体を使うものだと思います。
侮るなかれです、やったことない方は興味があればぜひやってみてくださいね☆
私の知り合いに実際にいた人なのですが
一人カラオケをしていることを伝えると、
「一人はさみしいヤツと思われる」
「友達いないヤツだと思われる」
こんなことを言われたことがありました。
はっきり言います。
自意識過剰です。
カラオケ店員さんはそんなことを気にしているほど暇ではないし、興味もありません。
まわりのお客さんも同様。
そして、一度行ってしまえばその後は気にせず入店できます。
この時代は「一人カラオケ専用カラオケ」なんてものもできている時代です。
それくらい一人でも楽しめるものになっていっています。
一人での趣味がない、何か趣味がほしいという方にちょっとしたとっかかりになればと思います。
比較的気軽に始められると思いますし、気軽にスカッとできますよ(*’▽’)
